1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

When you send an inquiry through the website form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, company name (if provided), the product you are asking about and your message. The website has no online shop or user accounts, takes no payments and does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

To see how many people visit the website and which pages are most useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not identify you. It only shows us aggregated, anonymous statistics (number of visits, countries, device type, pages viewed).

When you open a page with an inquiry form, the website loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that the form is filled in by a person and not a bot. For this, Cloudflare receives technical data about your browser and device (such as your IP address and browser type). We do not use this data for anything else. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

On the contact page you first see only a static picture of the map. The interactive OpenStreetMap map loads only after you click on it. Your browser then connects to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receive your IP address and browser data. This processing is covered by the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

The website's fonts are served from the website itself, not from external services.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your inquiry, send you a quote and, if we reach an agreement, fulfil the order. Legal basis for handling inquiries: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 3 years after our last contact with you. If we sign a contract, the related documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

5. Who can access it

Only the company's managers have access to your data. To run the website we use hosting, email, spam-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and anonymous-statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) providers. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email office@industrialno.com. We will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

7. Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS). We keep your data only in our business mailbox and limit access to it.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
